Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the MenoMate AI mobile application ("App", "Service") operated by MenoMate AI ("we", "us", "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using MenoMate AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
By creating an account and using MenoMate AI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
MenoMate AI is a health and wellness application designed to help women track menopause-related symptoms, identify personal triggers, access evidence-based information, and communicate with an AI coaching system. The App is intended for informational and self-care purposes only.
MenoMate AI is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice. All information provided through the App, including AI Coach responses, is for general informational purposes only and should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical advice from a qualified healthcare provider.
MenoMate AI requires a paid subscription to access all features. The following plans are available:
A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. The trial provides full access to all features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. Only one free trial is available per Apple ID per subscription group.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal charge is made to your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you of any price changes through the App or by email. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

The content provided by MenoMate AI, including AI Coach responses, symptom tracking features, and educational content, is for informational purposes only. It is not intended to be and should not be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
Always seek the advice of your physician, gynaecologist, or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, medication, or health concern. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read in this App.

All content, features, and functionality of MenoMate AI — including but not limited to text, graphics, software, icons, and data compilations — are owned by MenoMate AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of the health data and content you enter into MenoMate AI. By entering data, you grant us a limited licence to process and use that data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your personal health data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MenoMate AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Your use of MenoMate AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
